Read the instructions to the right to
determine if you have the required 128 bit encryption. The screen capture
picture below will give you an idea of what you will see.
1) Click on ‘Help’ on the top menu bar (refer to example screen capture)
2) In the dropdown menu click on ‘About Internet Explorer’ (refer to example screen capture)
3) In the window that pops up, look at the second line that says ‘Cipher Strength’. If the strength says ‘128 bit’ return to the TBI Registered Service Provider area by clicking the "Back" button on your browser and apply for your certificate. If the strength is NOT 128 bit, follow the instructions below.

heading on the next page. Follow the 4 instructions in the page that pops
up.
Click the BEGIN link below now
You may now
see a screen that asks you to "Save" or "Open". Choose "Open"
