RNOC provides a forum for linkages and policy discussion among organizations whom by their membership on the Network signal an active commitment to the principles extolled in the Network's Vision, which are operationalized through the Network Deliverables.

RNOC will not address internal management matters or issues which are organization-specific unless there is a concern among the membership that an initiative planned or undertaken locally by (an) organization(s) will impinge on the capacity to realize the RNOC vision of a regionally integrated system of rehabilitation services.

The value of the network in identifying areas of agreement in advancing the RNOC vision is focal; in the event that areas of divergence arise RNOC may address such issues, but will not proceed to recommend a particular course of action unless there is consensus. Or in the event that RNOC decides to adopt a position on a matter where consensus is not reached, there would be clear acknowledgement of the dissenting organization(s) views. Therein, RNOC ensures mutual respect for the organizational views of its membership, given the acceptance by members of the principles on which the Network is founded.

RNOC Support & Resources - To date, The Rehabilitation Centre has provided the principal resources for supporting the ongoing operation of the Network.
